About this test
Brand we're currently stocking: AllTest
With the sample collected through a gentle nose swab, our SARS-CoV-2 and Influenza A/B Rapid Antigen Test Kit quickly detects active infections of each virus, conveniently from home. Clear visual results appear within minutes, helping you take timely action.
COVID-19 and flu share similar symptoms such as fever, fatigue, cough, and body aches, making it difficult to distinguish between them without testing.
Being able to tell the difference is essential. COVID-19 poses a higher risk of severe illness, especially for immunocompromised individuals, and requires different isolation guidelines and treatment options than the flu.
Rapid identification enables more appropriate care decisions, helps prevent the spread, and supports better health outcomes for you and those around you. This rapid test provides clarity when you need it most.
Infections can spread quickly, especially in colder months, during travel, or in shared spaces.
This test empowers you to detect and respond to respiratory infections promptly, supporting better decisions about isolation, medical care, and preventing transmission.
The test’s high sensitivity and accuracy provide confidence in your results, while its straightforward instructions make the process simple and hassle-free.
What this test offers
How to use this test
Firstly, remove the specimen collection tube from the box, placing it carefully in the provided tube holder. Once secured, and when you are ready to begin the test, carefully remove the film from the tube. Remove the cotton swab from its packaging, ensuring that it doesn’t become contaminated by touching any other surfaces.
Holding the plastic end of the swab, insert it into one of the nostrils to around 1.5 cm into the cavity or until you feel resistance. Once inserted, rotate the swab five times, and then repeat the process in the other nostril. Once both nostrils have been swabbed, remove the sample.
Take the swab and insert it into the specimen collection tube. Once inserted, firmly rotate the swab around the tube, ensuring to touch all sides of the collection tube. Continue this for around 10 seconds.
Once the sample has been thoroughly deposited into the tube, gently remove the swab from the tube, ensuring to press the swab against the wall of the container to remove any excess liquid. Once the swab has been removed, place the screw cap onto the specimen collection tube to seal the sample.
Remove the provided test cassette from its pouch. Take the specimen tube and remove its plastic cap, then carefully deposit three drops of the sample liquid into the cassette well
The results must be read 15 minutes after depositing the sample and no longer than 20 minutes after conducting the test.
Two colored lines appear in the left window:
- One in the Control (C) region
- One in the Test (T) region
This indicates that COVID-19 antigens were detected in the sample
Positive Influenza A:
Two colored lines appear in the right window:
- One in the Control (C) region
- One in the Influenza A (A) region
This means Influenza A antigens were detected in the sample.
Positive Influenza B:
Two colored lines appear in the right window:
- One in the Control (C) region
- One in the Influenza B (B) region
This means Influenza B antigens were detected in the sample.
Positive Influenza A and B:
Three colored lines appear in the right window:
- One in the Control (C) region
- One in the A region (Influenza A)
- One in the B region (Influenza B)
This indicates that both Influenza A and B antigens were detected.
Only one colored line appears in the Control (C) region
No lines appear in the T, A, or B regions
This means no detectable COVID-19 or Flu A/B antigens were found.
An invalid result appears when no control line (C) appears.
