This page explains how our health testing products should be used, their regulatory status, and what they can and cannot tell you about your health. Please read it carefully before purchasing or using any products from Rezure.
1. About our products
Rezure offers rapid home health test kits that let you check a variety of common health indicators from the comfort of your home.
The tests we sell are:
- CE or UKCA marked for self-testing where applicable
- Designed for screening or monitoring, not diagnosis
- Intended to give preliminary health insights only
- Subject to normal scientific limits, including possible false positives and negatives
These tests help you monitor your well-being. They do not replace professional medical consultation or diagnostic procedures.
2. Using results responsibly
By purchasing or using the tests we sell, you confirm that you:
- Understand that results are for information only and are not a diagnosis
- Will consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions
- Accept that results can vary depending on how and when the test is taken
- Will seek medical advice promptly if you have symptoms or health concerns, regardless of your test result
If you experience symptoms that could indicate a medical emergency, call 999 or visit your nearest emergency department immediately.
3. Accuracy and limitations
No diagnostic test, whether performed at home or in a clinic, can be 100% accurate. All rapid tests carry a small risk of false-positive or false-negative results.
- Test performance depends on correct sample collection and following instructions carefully.
- Factors such as timing, medication, diet, or underlying conditions can affect results.
- Accuracy claims are based on controlled validation studies conducted by the manufacturer.
- Negative results do not always confirm that a condition is absent.
- Positive or unclear results should be checked by a medical professional.
Rezure Limited is a distributor of in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) medical devices under the UK Medical Devices Regulations 2002. Product performance and claims are the responsibility of the original manufacturer.
Updates to this policy
This policy may change from time to time to reflect updates to our processes or courier services. The most recent version will always appear on our website and applies to all new purchases.
1. When returns are accepted
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and unopened
- The packaging and seals are fully intact
You have proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation
2. Products we cannot accept back
For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot refund or replace:
- Any test that has been opened or used
Products marked as non-returnable or final sale on the product page - Items without original packaging
- Custom-labelled or bespoke orders
3. How to return an order
To return an item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us first: email contact@rezure.co.uk with your order number and the reason for your return. If your item is damaged or defective, please include a clear photo.
- Prepare your parcel: Once we confirm that your return qualifies, repackage the product securely in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase: Add a note inside the parcel with your full name, order number, and proof of purchase (for example, your confirmation email or receipt)

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t take responsibility for items lost in transit. Unless the item is faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
4. Refunds and replacements
As soon as your parcel reaches us, we’ll inspect it and email you to confirm next steps.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Original delivery charges are not refundable.
- If your test was damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it or issue a full refund, including postage.
5. Address errors
Please double-check your delivery details before checkout. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, email us straight away. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we can’t change the address, and postage costs are non-refundable if it’s returned.

Because our products are medical devices, we must comply with strict safety and hygiene regulations. That means we can only accept returns under certain conditions and circumstances.
