How to use this test

Prepare the test device
Remove the test device from the protective pouch and remove the plastic cap to expose the absorbent tip.

Collect the urine sample
Hold the handle with the tip pointing downwards. Urinate on the absorbent tip for about ten seconds until it is thoroughly wet.
Alternatively, dip the tip into a cup of urine for ten seconds.

Wait for results
Replace the cap over the tip and lay the device on a flat surface with the window facing up.
Wait for up to five minutes.

Validate the test
Ensure there is a pink line in the control window (C) to confirm the test is valid.
If there is no line at the control window, repeat the process with a fresh test strip.

Interpret negative results
Two lines are visible, but the line in the test window (T) is lighter than the one in the control window (C), or no line appears in the test window (T).
This suggests you are probably not experiencing perimenopause.

Interpret positive results
Two lines are visible, and the line in the test window (T) is the same as or darker than the one in the control window (C).
This indicates that your FSH level is higher than normal, and you may be experiencing perimenopause.
Repeat the test after 5 to 7 days to verify.
