About this test

Diabetes is a very common health condition where you have too much glucose in your blood. Diabetic people have low insulin levels, meaning glucose builds up in their blood, causing potentially serious complications.

As a gradually-developing disease, many people have diabetes for years without knowing. Take charge of your health with our rapid at-home test kitWith 2 key diabetes indicators — blood glucose and ketones — you’ll discover whether your levels are within a healthy range.

The test includes 8 additional health parameters to give you a broad picture of your overall health.

Within 2 minutes, this test will accurately detect the presence of ketones or over 100mg/dl of glucose in your blood, which could suggest you’re diabetic.

Equipped with the knowledge of your diabetes risk, our simple home test allows you to take proactive steps toward better health. Eliminate stress and long waiting times with this easy-to-use kit before visiting your doctor.

How to use this test

  1. 1

    Collect the urine sample

Collect urine in a clean, dry container. Fresh morning urine is recommended for optimal results.

Ensure the sample allows complete immersion of all test strip fields.

  2. 2

    Prepare the sample

If immediate testing isn't possible, store the urine sample in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.

Bring the sample to room temperature before testing.

  3. 3

    Dip the test strip

Dip the test strip into the urine up to the test area for no more than two seconds.

    Ensure all fields are immersed.

  4. 4

    Remove excess urine

Draw the edge of the strip along the brim of the container to remove excess urine.

Turn the strip on its side and tap it once on absorbent material to remove any remaining urine.

  5. 5

    Wait for results

Wait exactly 60 seconds (90-120s for Leukocytes) before interpreting the results.

Ensure the strip is horizontal to prevent chemical mixing from excessive urine.

  6. 6

    Read your results

After waiting for the required time, compare the colours of each reagent pad with the colour chart provided. Results should be read after 60 seconds and no more than 120 seconds.

If the colour pad is the same as the negative reading on the comparison chart, then no glucose or ketones were detected. If your result is inconclusive or abnormal, repeat with the second strip.
